At PowerSports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
